The Brighter Side Of Sorrow

''tears are words the heart can't express''

Most of the world perceives sadness negatively. The reason behind that is sadness is always a reaction for a negative incident. The incident could be as simple as watching a sad flick or could be the outcome of a severe incident like losing a loved one.If we look at the world in a logical manner then we would think that the intensity of sorrow would be directly proportional to the severity of the incident. But like all human emotions sadness is also impractical, which is not a negative thing as impracticality is what makes humans so humane. If we were based purely on practicality how would we be different from the food processor in our kitchen? Our world is beautiful because its impractical.Impracticality is how something extraordinary takes place, well same goes for sadness.Sometimes people do not react to grave situations, and sometimes even little things said by loved ones hurt so much that a 50yr old cries like a little baby.

No matter how tough a person tries to be at the end of the day he is human and like all humans he must face all emotions a human heart bears. The weirdest part is that all of us try to escape from sadness even though all of us know that its inevitable. But why do we run from sadness?Isn't sadness what makes us human?Sadness is the emotion which shows that we don't want bad things to happen to us or others.Being sad for someone is the most selfless emotion a human can show.It proves that we care.I think happiness is overrated.sadness is the emotion which brings us together in a real way. Now don't tell me that sadness is not pleasurable.if that was true we wouldn't be reading sad novels or cry in front of the t.v while watching titanic. The truth is sadness makes us feel more alive and we all need it in a limited dosage.too much happiness makes us selfish and arrogant, ever wondered why the devil is always shown smiling?

EVIL NEVER CRIES
When you are sad you would never imagine hurting someone else because you know what it feels like to get hurt.So in short sorrow makes us more humble.People often wish for a world where there is no sadness,i hope that day never comes.I believe that sorrow is the essence of humanity.

Why India fears alcohol

not welcome in india
Most people start with their intro on their first post.. They talk about who they are what the represent.well i wont do that cause this is a blog not a dating site so lets get down to business. While reading the newspaper something caught my attention,Times of India has started a campaign against the century old law on minimum drinking age which makes drinking under the age of 25 illegal, you don't have to read that again its not a typo it really is 25!The Indian government actually expects us to drink pepsi on our graduation. Now any sane person would declare such a law as preposterous well not in India..the majority of the country's older generation stand for the law! India is the land of non drinkers first of all the whole idea of drinking is not widely excepted in the society there are many reasons for that the FIRST is that India had been ruled by the Mughals for almost a thousand years,. now Mughals > Muslim rulers > Muslims hate alcohol > India hates alcohol.get the picture? The SECOND reason is Indian people are culturally very conservative, boundaries are fixed for everything, what you do what you believe in,you are supposed to only do as you are told and what they consider ''right'' now why would people like that encourage alcohol? Everyone knows that alcohol makes us break boundaries makes us do things without caring about what anyone else would think.makes us speak our mind out.Of course the conservatives cant allow that. The THIRD reason is we are party poopers Indian government is against anything which is fun.now i have to admit there are some negative points of alcohol as too much of it is harmful for health and drinking and driving kills a lot of people around the world every year but then again TOO MUCH of anything is bad even coffee,so should the minimum age for caffeine also be 25? and when we talk about drinking and driving, isn't driving also a responsible for the deaths so why is the minimum driving age 18?What do they want to prove that an automotive which can run over people safer then a pint of beer? Even the minimum age for voting is 18 and the minimum age for marriage is 21.so that means that i am old enough to have a family of my own. hell i can even decide which government should rule over my country but i can touch that Budweiser.
thank god i am over 25.

But if u go with the stupid law and you start drinking at 25. I am sorry to say that you will turn out as a joke cause you wouldn't know what to drink and how much to drink because you joined the drinking school a little too late..you would be like a high school kid in kindergarten learning the alphabets.the bitter truth is after 16 you don't get smarter after that you learn from your experiences. So after 16 we should get out there and start experiencing new things so that when we reach the age of 25 we are mature and experienced men and women who know what's good for them and what isn't and not end up like some over grown silly teenage girl who gets drunk after having too many breezers. The bottom line is the the smart will always be smart.the stupid would binge drink even at the age of 40.
CHEERS!
